This license allows you to use Wingsical Whims Designs without crediting us as well as using our Machine Embroidery Designs in your Business.

You will receive 1 Downloadable PDF for you to print out and keep for your records. Make sure you write your order number down as well on your license.
This License does NOT include any Rights to Copyrights or any Machine Embroidery Format for you to sell.
Wingsical Whims Embroidery Designs maybe be used to sell a tangible product: Shirts, Towels Toilet Paper, Cards, Rocks, key chains or any other item you make to sell for profit.
If you sell less than $500.00 a year in your Business you do not need to purchase a Commercial License. If you are requesting Custom Designs from Wingsical Whims Embroidery Designs you will need the Commercial License.no matter the amount unless it is for a non profit which I will need their tax exempt certificate from their State.
